PMSA VISUAL ARTS
PMSA offers students multiple opportunities to explore, develop and master skills in the visual arts.
Classes offered include: Visual Arts 1 & 2, AP Art, IB Art & Digital Imaging.
Students can also continue their creativity after school by participating in the Art Club.

Ms. Bansbach has been teaching at PMSA since 2018. In class, she encourages her students to explore independent creativity and create projects that they have personal connections with. Ms. Bansbach has a background in painting and ceramics, and often creates mixed media artwork. She also enjoys cooking, baking, and traveling.
Courses taught include:
Jeannine Cornelius graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master of Arts in Art Education. She has been an educator since 1998 with a focus on drawing, painting, and digital imaging. She sets high standards for her students while emphasizing self-expression.
Ms. LaPorte earned a BFA from Michigan State University and an MAAE from the The School Of The Art Institute of Chicago.
