    Tickets will be on sale - Through Friday, April 8th.

     

    Cost: $65 per guest 

     

    The attached packet will provide you with the Prom specifics

    (Schedule, Dress Code, etc.)

    All completed forms must be returned to Mr. Brown or Mr. Valente before you can purchase your ticket.

    I'm a PMSA senior. What form do I complete?

    Complete the "Senior Prom Attendee Confirmation Form"

     

    I'm a PMSA senior, bringing a PMSA student as a guest. What form does my guest complete?

    Complete the "Senior Prom Guest Confirmation Form"

    (Only current PMSA sophomores and juniors)

     

    I'm a PMSA senior, bringing an OUTSIDE GUEST. What form does my outside guest complete?

    Complete the "Senior Prom OUTSIDE GUEST Confirmation Form"

    (Please read the "2022 Senior Prom Guidelines" in the attached packet)

     

    I'm a PMSA senior, and I want to run for Prom Court. How do I do that?

    Sign into your Proviso Microsoft account and click the link below to complete the form and submit any posters for approval. All posters will be reviewed, approved, printed and placed on the 1st floor curved wall on Thursday, April 6th.
