Any student or staff member wanting to add a new club, activity or organization to PMSA should complete the Proposal Questionnaire form.  



    Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the PTHS Board of Education and the Proviso Teachers Union - Stipends currently in use, or added by the Board in the future at any campus are available for use at all campuses. Upon adding a stipend position, the Board will set forth the position description, including the initial year’s compensation and the minimum number of students required for the activity to become activated at any school. These standards will be identical at all campuses. Any new club which is added to the stipend list must be piloted for a one (1) year period before it is eligible for a stipend payment.(p.46)
