New Students
Register your student in our Registration Gateway system.
All new students, and those who need to provide proof of residency, will need to schedule an appointment to finalize registration.
Some documents are mandatory for new-student enrollment. These include, but are not limited to: a certified copy of the student’s birth certificate, proof-of-residency documents, and health and immunization records. The online platform will help you identify what documents you will need, where to get them, and what to bring to your appointment. More details and instructions on how to register are provided in the "New Student Registration" tab on the left side of this page.

Schedule An Appointment
All parents of new students must schedule a registration appointment. All address changes and changes to the student's primary guardian will require a registration appointment. Please contact the main office at the school your child will be attending to complete this process.

Completing Registration
Your enrollment is not complete until you pay any required fees or submit an income-based fee-waiver application that is approved. You can access the waiver during the online registgration process.
This year's registration fee is $100, which includes course fees, technology fee, and one PE uniform.
Payments should be submitted using our new Efunds portal which can be reached at www.pths209.org/Efunds. You will need to set up a payment account with Efunds. If you have multiple students in the district, you can add multiple students to an existing account. Choose "Create an Account" from the menu, enter the student's last name and student ID number (if you received a registration letter, this number will be in the top right corner of the letter).
