Admissions for High School CO2029 will open in the FALL of 2024.
We offer three selective enrollment schools at PTHS D209:
Proviso East Mathematics and Science Academy (PEMSA) in Maywood
Proviso West Mathematics and Science Academy (PWMSA) in Hillside
Proviso Mathematics and Science Academy (PMSA) in Forest Park
All three campuses provide the same rigorous MSA Program for students who meet the admissions criteria for acceptance. The only difference is the location.
The Math & Science Academy (MSA) course pathway prepares freshman and sophomore Academy students for International Baccalaureate (IB) classes in grades 11-12 should they decide to enter the full IB Diploma Programme or take IB classes for the Certificate option.
Additionally, MSA students' grades are weighted, which boosts their GPA for colleges and scholarships.
