Field Trip Information

  • Requesting a field trip? Follow these simple steps:

    Field trip and transportation forms MUST be requested 30 days in advance.

    1. Complete both forms.

    2. Send the forms to your department chair and students activities director for approval.

    3. Upon approval, distribute permission slips to students three weeks in advance.

    4. Permission slips are due four days before the field trip.

    5. If a student is missing a teacher signature, the student cannot attend the field trip.

    6. Complete a fillable roster on the day of the trip and email it to the attendance office.
