Occasionally, our scholars are invited to participate in events or visit organizations that are away from our school buildings. We believe field trips enhance learning experiences for our scholars. We want to make sure parents know, and provide consent, when their child goes on a school or district-sponsored field trip. If your child is scheduled to go on a field trip, please complete the form below and return it to the adult who will be sponsoring the event.
