  • Annual Open Enrollment – August 12–22, 2025
    Summary:

    • Dates: August 12, 2025 – Noon August 22, 2025

    • Enroll in or make changes to health, dental, and vision coverage.

    • This is the only time you can make changes for the 2025–2026 plan year without a qualifying life event (birth, adoption, marriage, divorce, etc.).

    • Coverage effective: September 1, 2025

    • No action is needed if you’re keeping the same coverage (no new insurance cards will be sent unless you change plans).

    • To change coverage: Submit completed forms by noon, Aug. 22, 2025 to Benefits@PTHS209.org.

    • Waiving coverage? Submit a Waiver Form.
