Summer Reading 2026
Summer Reading 2026 is almost here! In celebration of all things reading, the 2026 Proviso Summer Reading Challenge encourages all of our students to enhance their literacy journey by reading as much as they are able all summer long! Developing a love of reading takes time and patience, which can only be achieved through the act of reading itself! We invites students to participate in Summer Reading 2026 from June through August.

Students who participate can earn prizes, including:
- Field trips to movies, museums and libraries
- Snack packs and swag bags
- T-shirts, pens, pencils, Post-it notes and more
