Registration & Enrollment
Enrollment and registration for new and returning students is now available online. Parents/Guardians must have a parent login on PowerSchool to complete enrollment/registration.
Returning Students: To create or access your PowerSchool account, go to Parent Sign In (https://pths209.powerschool.com).
New Students/Incoming Freshmen: Please visit the main office of your student’s school. School buildings are open Monday - Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. for registration assistance. *Please note: New students will not be enrolled in classes until all registration forms are completed and verified by Proviso.

If you have an 8th grade student and are interested in applying for Proviso's Math & Science Academies, please CLICK HERE as this is a separate process from our Enrollment and Registration.

Fees are paid through Efunds, our online payment system.
If you do not have an account, payment can be completed as a guest.
To get started, please visit the following link:

Once on the site:
- Select (Pay for Student Fees)
- Select “Continue as Guest”
- Enter your student’s last name and ID number to connect the payment
- Continue to Student Fees
- Click "ADD ALL FEES"
- Click “Begin Checkout.”
- Enter your payment and contact information.
- Review your payment details and click “Pay Now.”
Please note that guest checkout does not save payment history. We recommend keeping your emailed receipt for your records. If you would like to view and manage your payment history, we strongly recommend creating an account.
