New Student Registration
New Student Enrollment
For new students/incoming freshmen, parents/guardians must visit the main office of your student's school in order to begin registration and enrollment. School buildings are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. for registration assistance.
Once information is collected in person, parents/guardians will be given the login credentials to access the parent portal of PowerSchool to complete the online registration.

New Student Registration Steps:
- Create the parent account in PowerSchool. For step-by-step instructions on how to complete this process, please visit our PowerSchool Website: Parent Sign In
- Log in to your PowerSchool account and click Forms on the left-hand side.
- Complete and submit the Enrollment Form, Home Language Survey, Income Verification Form, and upload medical documents.
Note: New students will not be enrolled in classes until all registration forms are completed and verified by Proviso.
