Employee Benefits & Annual Open Enrollment
Annual Open Enrollment – August 11–24, 2026
This year's Annual Open Enrollment is mandatory for all employees. The District is transitioning from a paper enrollment process to an electronic enrollment system. Because of this change, all employees must actively enroll in their benefits during the open enrollment period. Current benefit elections will not automatically carry forward.
Required Action
All employees must complete their electronic benefit enrollment between August 11th and August 24th, 2026, even if they want to keep the same coverage, they have today.
Employees who do not complete their enrollment by August 24, 2026, will not have medical, dental, or vision coverage effective September 1, 2026. In addition, any eligible dependents who are not re-enrolled during the open enrollment period will not have coverage for the 2026–2027 plan year.
What You Can Do During Open Enrollment
- Enroll in medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Keep your current coverage by re-enrolling in the same plans.
- Make changes to your benefit elections.
- Add or remove eligible dependents.
- Waive medical coverage by submitting a Waiver Form, if applicable.
Enrollment Deadline
All electronic benefit enrollments must be completed by August 24, 2026.
If you have questions or need assistance with the electronic enrollment process, please contact the Benefits Office.
Coverage Effective Date - September 1, 2026
