Enroll in or make changes to health, dental, and vision coverage.

This is the only time you can make changes for the 2025–2026 plan year without a qualifying life event (birth, adoption, marriage, divorce, etc.).

Coverage effective: September 1, 2025

No action is needed if you’re keeping the same coverage (no new insurance cards will be sent unless you change plans).

To change coverage: Submit completed forms by noon, Aug. 22, 2025 to Benefits@PTHS209.org.
