    Parents/guardians should be ready to clearly and slowly provide the following information when calling:

    • Student’s name and ID number
    • Date(s) of absence
    • Reason(s) for absence
    • Parent/Guardian’s name, and relationship
    • A daytime phone number where the parent/guardian can be reached
