Madrigal Singers to Host 42nd Madrigal Dinner on December 10

Proviso West High School will be the scene of lords and ladies, court jesters, and royalty at the 42nd annual Madrigal Singers Dinner Fine Arts Fest at 2 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 10 at Proviso West High School.
The shows are a fundraiser for the Proviso East and Proviso West choral music departments that reenact a 15th–century royal court. Guests will be treated to music, dance, and drama in the Proviso West Little Theater followed by a three-course meal and raffle prizes in the "Royal Dining Hall." During this time, those in attendance will be entertained with Madrigal-style harmonies, dances, comedic and dramatic sketches, and traditional holiday vocal music.
District 209 has a long and rich tradition of outstanding Madrigal performances. Special guests for this year’s show Proviso Interpretative Praise, or P.I.P., with sponsor and Proviso West alumna, Ms. Kristina Denton, and "ConQuest" featuring Mr. Clarence Williams, musical director and Proviso West alumnus.
Tickets for the Madrigal Singers Dinner are $18 each for adults age 19 and over. For students 18 years old and younger, senior citizens, and Madrigal Alumni, the tickets cost $15 each. Attendance is by paid reservation only, with no tickets sold at the door. Final reservations and payments are due at the Proviso West choral music office by Monday, December 5. Only cash or money orders will be accepted. Seating is limited, so please submit payment and reservations early!
