Community Notice: PTHS 209 Calendar Changes
The Proviso Township High Schools 2008-2009 school calendar has been modified to compensate for school days missed due to flooding.
At the regularly scheduled October board meeting, the PTHS 209 Board of Education approved the following make up days:
-Proviso East will make up five school days: October 31, March 2 (pending ISBE approval), April 3, May 29, and June 1.
-Proviso West and PMSA will make up two school days: Oct 31 and April 3.
Please note these calendar changes. October 31st and April 3rd will be a full day for students with dismissal at 2:19 pm.
Parent/teacher conferences will be held 6-8 p.m. on October 30th and April 2nd with a 3:15 p.m. dismissal for students.
